My wife made her " Big Mac " salads tonite. Greens , tomatos and onions from the garden. Topped with ground beef, cheese,pickle and sesame seeds . And then 1000 island dressing.  Very good .

Bologna sandwiches and French fries last night. Not exactly health food, but we were in the mood for simple.

Got a rack of ribs to throw on the Weber tonight. Tomato and spinach salad for a side i think.

muggier than f out there today worked on a bridge putting bridge rail on a deck in webster where they used slabs from the tapenzee bridge that were removed and im in no mood to coock so wife picking up dinner on way home told her to supprise me haha last night i made BLTS slab bacon fro pa veggies from garden and topped with fresh pickled jalapenoes was very good

I had a perch sandwich and tomato salad. Not too sure what my Bride made for herself. Sometimes we just don't want the same thing.

No cooking tonight

Mexican restaurant in Dunkirk.
I had broiled catfish.
Was pretty good and also inside my diet restrictions.
Of course the 3 pints of Modelo weren’t.
