And made a chicken veggie soup with shitake noodles in it.
It had mushrooms, tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion, and tons of chopped fresh garlic in it.
I tossed a can of peas into it also.
Was pretty good.
Had the Franks ready as I typically jack up my soups a bit but this was so good I didn't want to change anything.
Lots left for tomorrow's dinner.
