I’m going to finish up the soup today. The stock tastes really good. We’re thinking chicken and dumpling soup for dinner.

As always, this thread has me drooling. Time to play copy cat, omelet this morning, tomato, spinach and feta.  scalloped potatoes with ham steak for dinner. Welp, unless you’re the princess, we are having “cheesy potatoes” and ham. Have to use the right terminology these days to get her to eat anything...

 Today for lunch I made subs , ham , lettuce ,onions , American cheese Mayo, and a touch of balsamic vinaigrette

LOOKS LIKE AN OMELETTE TO ME!

Chicken soup is working on the stove. Stock tastes great. Just addd celery, carrots, onions and pan fried chickens breast. Dumplings in a while.

I’m getting hungry.

Lazy day, didn’t do anything overly productive. Even dinner was done in the slow cooker

Left over chicken and dumpling soup tonight. Dumplings kind of broke down into the soup. Smells great,

I pan seared a couple pcs of atlantic salmon.
After they cooled I shredded and tossed them into a nice salad for Donna and I.
Then a few Jordan Almonds for desert.   ;)
