Bought one of those veggie noodle makers ,worked good!
Made some zucchini with butter olive oil seasoning and tomato/ Basil fetta pretty good !

My son cooked venison tenderloin and pan fried zucchini slices. Very good.

“Zoodles “ are great. They take on whatever flavors you give them. I generally cook ours with some chicken stock. I roll hem up in a sack cloth towel for a while to remove some of the moisture before cooking them.. Makes a difference.

Have a  Cornish Game Hen thawing for the Weber later today.

Butt has 3 hours of intense smoke now in pressure for hour and half house smells incredible!!!

I was hoping to find gizzards on way home but no luck in 3 stores so put thys in  Ninja after searing with green peppers,onions , mushrooms and tomato's with a roasted garlic base ,and finished off with some heavy whipping cream ...wow was good my first day back to work after taking 10 days off...felt great to be back and was good to hear crew tell me they we're glad I was back !!
