Until Alaskan Dreams and I hit the Upper Niagara looking for muskies.  The clocks in my house seem to have stopped.  Why can't it be 7:00 AM on Monday already?

    yeah time seems to be crawling bye.   Hopefully Ill get to take some pictures and video of a nice big Musky.

Go get em' guys!!!  This is the perfect time of year to take a monster.  I've seen some real quality fish taken in the last week.  Good luck!!

Well we called last night, twice, no answer at our guides house, called this morning no answer, went and waited at the launch from quarter of seven till 8:30 this morning and our guide was a no show.  Pretty disappointed, it isn't like him to do that, hoping it was a family emergency or something that he had come up.  So no musky fishing today.   After that we worked our way back to CNY and did a little bit of fishing off of the causeway at Otisco.   Picked up two browns right around 14 inches or so and that was about it.

Wow that really sucks!!  Hopefully you can reschedule!  Nothing worse than getting al hyped up about a fishing trip and have something fall through.   Sorry guys!

     That really sucks guys!!!! I sure hope the guy makes it up to you and that there was a good reason for him to jam out on you!!

I tried calling the guide Friday night, but his answering machine was so full, it just beeped at me.

Got home today to find he'd left a message - family emergency, and he'd been out of state for a while.  He just got back, and was ready to re-schedule, or send my deposit back.  Evidently muskies have been slow in the upper river, so he suggested the lower for browns and steelies, or we can wait until mid-winter for lakers and steel.  I've called him back, and we'll see how things shake out.

me personaly- i'd  get my deposit back seein how the guy couldn't make a 30 second phone call to cancel 
     then again the brown and steelhead fishing down in the lower river is well worth a special trip -double digit catches common .
