A couple of screws and wire nuts is all it will take. Even if it was rewired last year, a broken housing is a broken housing. If you can raise fish, you can replace the light. 
Nope I'm an idiot savant.
Just kidding although I did start first grade at four years old.
Will make a trip for parts to fix the light today.
