Cat Crap Covers
« on: Jun 26, 2017, 03:40 PM »
Some feline fleabag has decided that my horseshoe pits, with they're full 8" deep of sand, make a handy litter box. My Bride wasn't enthused about my idea to put chicken wire with 240v over the pits, so I made a couple of tarp covers.

Kind of sexy anyway ;D

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Rat traps work well too
But tie them off or kitty will drag them away.

Haven't had any intrusions since I put the covers on. If they didn't work, I was thinking 22 shorts from the bedroom window.

Nice Job!
May I ask you, what do you know about canadian grand prix? I think nothing. My son's been begging me to take him there. Next time I'll take him with me.

An electric fence charger can help. After seeing freshly planted seed beds in the garden dug up the next morning,  I ran a couple wires around the garden high enough for them to step over , but not without dragging their dew dampened fur over the wire. Their reaction was priceless. There is one old Tom cat that is probably still running. My wife and I were watching as he scent sprayed a corner post. Imagine that scene😂.
