Open season no limits on everything

NY Senate bill S5266 has passed the NY house and senate, now it only has to be signed to make it law. I tried to post A link to it, but I'm not that savvy. Basically it's going to be open season for native Americans to fish and hunt, in or out of season with no limits, on or off reservations to sell game and fish. It is in the latest newsletter from the OLA Enews letter #61 I just got.

This will never or should never pass…I’ve seen what happens in Wisconsin during the walleye spawn and it is terrible. Why would anyone think this is a good idea? There is enough poaching of fish and game already…I guess somebody was wronged a million years ago, so we should coddle and give a free pass at the expense of law abiding citizens. ***censored**** is wrong with people???

The reason we didn’t have this info months ago is because they know what a shot storm it would have caused with sportsman, PETA, nature lovers and the law abiding everyday citizen. Total BS that they sneak this stuff through and we find out when it’s too late. I am finding it really hard to believe that not one senator or legislator voted against this?? Is that what I am seeing??

The way im reading it could be wrong , is this apply to res land or Indian owned land, and to be honest on the reservation land/ indian owned hunting and fishing laws havent been followed for years, but still not good

The Amish do that now where I hunt and fish.....
