Had fresh asparagus in my lunch salad and picked more for dinner. Wish my strawberries would cooperate so well. The rest of my gardens are very happy. Potatoes are going crazy, tomatoes are filling in the cages, garlic is over 3' tall, pickles and cukes are heading for the trellis. Radishes and spinach are sprouting up in the trough planter.

Danged strawberries just won't cooperate. That bed might just become a Brussels sprouts bed.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

I'd say send it, you won't regret it. I finally did a couple this year and I'm telling you what, I should have don't years ago.

I think the deciding factor missing the opportunity to watch my princess eating veggies straight out of the garden. she loves her fresh cherry tomatoes and string beans

I'm thinking about starting some Brussels sprouts in containers or transplant into the garlic bed after harvest.

Think it's too late? I've never grown them before.

Lucky gardens if they stick around. Did you look for any local beekeeper?

Bob I have a good friend who has hives and he said he would take them if I wanted.  But if there not hurting my maybe they will find a place close to live.
He said if it wasn't so high he would catch them and put them in a box in my garden for the summer...

Thanks Ed. My garlic is over 3' tall but no scapes in sight yet. I'm either going to plant that bed or the potato bed. Poataoes are already showing some blossoms.

Glad you have the greenhouse Dom.
