Got some turkey chunks and gravy out of the freezer for tomorrow.
Will serve it over some rice with a small tossed salad.
While in the freezer I grabbed a bag of walleye fillets for tonight.

Yesterday a large salad, lettuce, sliced hard boiled eggs , pieces of fried chicken breast , American cheese , ham slices , onions , tomatoes , and bacon bits ,Closer to an antipasto, mine topped with thousand islands , I never get tired of salads

Fished too long yesterday to get the Potstickers done. Just pizza for dinner last night. So....today is Chinese Saturday. Egg rolls and dumplings this afternoon.

Did you hard boil any eggs in the sap?

That was my favorite when I made syrup on my friend's farm in Wyoming county. We had a basket that hung in the second last pass on the arch. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

The last year I helped him we tapped over 2000 trees.
