My Bride loves that kind of dish. I’m happy to see her enjoy it.

Anyway, a good use of leftovers.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Tuna casserole With green beans and steamed spinach tonight.

Comfort food+++++++++

And to top it off, My Bride made Peanut butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies to go with a wee dram of Bourbon for desert.

Looks amazing. Perfect weather for such comfort food. Did you add potato sticks on top?

No potato sticks. Just crispy noodles with seasoned bread crumbs, Parmesan and Romano.

Good leftovers for lunch today.

Had a few wings here in Cleveland last night.
They sucked big time.
Sent them back and ordered a half rack of ribs.
Ribs were good but cold
The slaw was terrible
I got the mixed veggies instead of fries.
The veggies were good
My beer was cold.
Won’t go back there tonight.

Spent a lot of time in Lorain County many years back working on lighting at a Norfolk Southern rail yard. . There was a great little restaurant that served fresh perch and walleye. There was also a super Mom and Pop breakfast restaurant  in town.

Rare exceptions to the normally rotten food you get on the road.

Won’t be long now Mac. You’ll be out too.

Grilled ham and cheese with French fries tonight. Didn’t really feel like too much cooking.

Looks great Bob.   My bride was actually making a list and asked if she should make lasagna this weekend.      SURE.....  ;D

Good lasagna weather! I decided it looked like my lunch today. I’ll find something else for dinner.

Found some beautiful snow crab at price chopper last night at a reasonable price! They have been hard to come by so we indulged in a pound and a half each, man were they good.
