Has anyone ever made fish jerky, if so is it any good, whats the best fish to use, and how do you go about making it?

I tried it once. I used crappie fillet's and did it just like I do deer. It was by far the worst thing that I ever tried to make. It tasted so bad that the cat took a sniff and ran for cover :P. Never again!!!

Well done jerky made from premium red meated salmon or trout is very good. Tough to make but easy to ruin.
