Hey all-
I tried a new Lasagna Noodle substitute last night. (Since my car was trapped in the driveway by my wife's salon clients).
I had allready bought and mixed with egg the Ricotta, parsley, and minced onion and was therefore committed to making lasagna. However, the cupboard was bare of lasagna noodles.
Sooooooooooo, I took out a couple bags of frozen ricotta cheese filled raviolis and cooked them until tender.
Layered some sauce, then one layer thick of ravioli, followed by my Ricotta blend, another of ravioli, another of ricotta, another of ravioli, and finally by a nice layer of sauce.
Two hours at 390 degrees later..... YUM, YUM, YUM!!
