Homemade smokers
« on: Jun 17, 2009, 08:37 AM »
OK, after reading all the post in the "Charcoal grillers unite!" thread and wiping up all the drool off my keyboard I got to thinking......and man did that hurt. :D
But anyhow, I've got an old propane grill with a side burner out in the shed and was thinking of trying to convert it into a smoker. Does anyone have any ideas or better yet pictures of a similar project they have done?
Joe.

I use an old refrigerator for mine with the burner on the bottom. I didnt make it but it sure works good. If I get a chance I will take some pics and post them for you.
