Everything looks great guys..   I have been slacking on the pictures lately.  Wish I had a picture of the sirloins on the grill the other night.
 Last night was chicken and vegetables over brown rice...

Last nite..Cider marinated and applewood smoked CSR's and a fresh batch of ham'n cheddar mac salad with some smoky beans.... :P

Windy, raw, and a cold 34* deg....perfect day for some snappy-sauce topped meatloaf w/green pepper chunks, brown sugar baked corn, maple butter acorn squash, and a baked tater with sour cream.

Meat loaf and red potatoes on the Weber. With our first fresh picked spinach.





Put some habanero cheddar in the meat loaf. Yum.

Another raw, misty, 34* windy day...where the hey is Spring?!  Injected a chuck roast with my marinade, slow-cooked for 5 hrs. Nice and pink in the center. Paired up with mashed taters and brown gravy from the roast, mixed veggies, and a hot ciabatta.

Working in niagara falls on rt 190 staying all week and found a killer polish place ,found 2 more I'm gonna try also , there polish platter was fantastic!

Spent a lot of time on the road. Got pretty good at finding the great Mom and Pop spots to eat. About the only thing I could say I might miss about it. Sure don’t miss sleeping in motels.

You got that right rg always told my wife and kids all motels have one thing in common...they suck! Almost 40 years on road in rooms and my favorite part is finding new fishing areas and mom and pop restaurants my mom was from Poland and my dad austria needless to say we grew up with fantastic food,!!

We had some of our homemade italian sausage patties last night.
Along with our sweet pickled sauerkraut.
They were both absolutely great.
Donna fried up some summer squash and zuchinni slices to go with it all too.
Nice dinner.
