WORLD RECORD CAT

did everyone see the world record cat caught on the 22nd of may in iilinois the story was also on cold pizza this morning although the article says the fish is alive in a tank in cabelas in the interview today the guy that caught it said it died so they are going to mount it in cabelas

wow thats a monster!!!!!! :o So that beat the now famous cat (121 pounder) caught in texas?

Amazing. Plus caught below a dam in the Missisippi above St. Louis, in powerful current and a flow of 115,000 cfs. Now that is tons of water.
I think the record will top 150 within ten years though. In fisherman and biologists say 150 - 200 pound blues almost for sure still exist.

I've seen very old pics of blues from the Missourri River that were a solid 50 pounds heavier than that hog.  I have no doubt that they get that big at all, its all just a matter of time.

my biggest fish ever was a 48 inch 25lb muskie a that was a great fight I just could not think of how much of a great time that must have been pulling up that big hog.

 :o  That's some fish.  Mr. Pruitt musn't be a small lad to be curling 124 lb. like that and making it look easy...then again, the adrenaline might have something to do with it.

yeah he is a short stocky guy his arms are huge and probably looks like he is going to pass out because he has nerve damage on one of his arms and cant straighten it and im sure that fish is doing more damage lol
