I know you guys and gals are cooking up some good eats for this holiday weekend.

We have a nice pork loin roast turning round and round. My Bride made some of her nearly world famous potato salad. Some steamed asparagus and we're good.

What's cookin' at your place?

RG, that Pork Roast looks to be done to perfection!

I treated myself, a Porterhouse with mushrooms and corn on the cob.


trapper2000's  Hot Dogs and a little fishing sounds pretty good too!

You've got me thinking about a couple of ribeyes I have stashed in the freezer. Prime Angus if I recall. I'll probably wait  couple of weeks though. I'm working my way back down to fighting weight. 23 lbs so far. About 12 to go.
