Chop 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
Chop 3 to 4 cloves of parsley
Thinly slice a whole lemon
Chop up half an onion
Thinly slice a half tomato or cut small cherry tomoatoes in half
Cut trout fillets into 2 inch squares

Take a 3/4 cup of canola or vegetable oil and put into a large frying pan. Toss in the lemon, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, and onions and cook over a medium heat covered for 5 minutes. Throw the fillets in the on top of the all the seasonings and cook them for 3 to 4 minutes, then flip them over and cook for 1 or 2 minutes or until browned.

Then serve and everything is edibile but the lemon skins. Best trout recipe I have ever ate!
