Got 22 lbs of 00 Tipo flour delivered today. Its a made in Italy premium flour for pasta and pizza dough.

Pasta tomorrow, pizza this weekend.

Working on my culinary skills.

Making perch in mediterranean sauce tonight and a bunch of dough and potato/ cheese mix to make a pile of perogies tomorrow ,gonna be a good day for that !

Going to try some breaded walleye fillets in the air frier tonight.
And some frozen cauliflower with them.

And some anejo.........................lots.

Did some perch in the air fryer. Wasn’t too bad. Let the fish set after you bread them and give them a spritz of a 000 cooking spray. I’d do them again that way.

Last night we had some left over sesame chicken. Frozen and reheated in the air fryer. It was darned near as good as fresh. That gizmo has its place.

Happy with the results. Just have to ATC the chicken to give it more flavor. All and all the bride and princess said it exceeded expectations

Fish came out ok.
