Any of you have a recommendation on how to fix a crack 1/2inch long on an aluminum boat? I tried this putty i got from boaters world but it wont harden all the way. Not sure if it will be good enough for a permanent fix. any ideas?
Well I guess I will never know if the JB Weld fix will last long, I sold the boat, hated to see it go but the boss of the house said there was no need for 2 boats in the yard. I didn't argue much because I'm hoping for a green light on getting a 4 wheeler.  thanks for all the responders who gave me a few ideas on products to use.
