    FISHED MAX HARD YESTERDAY FOR WALLEYE W/NO SUCCESS. DID MANAGE SOME NICE LMOUTH. ZEBRA MUSSELS REALLY DEPLETED THE WEEDS. JUST WONDERED IF ANYONE HAS HAD SUCCESS LATELY OUT THERE?

My favorite but hardest to fish, seems like when it gets hot,it gets good.

About 2 1/2 weeks ago I went alone and ended up with a mix of LM and SM, more than 20 between 14" and 19", and I caught 1 Eye 17".   A week later I took my Father In-law and we ended up with about the same number of bass (but only 7 over 14") and no Eyes.   This seems to be slow for Maxi.  Last year by this time I had close to 10 by now.

I do think its because of the long cool spring and summer were haveing, its pretty much the same where ever your going.
going to Wisconsin next weekend and its been realy slow for the eyes, small mouth will open sat when i get there-i hope were on top of it.
