Only got out to a pond today with the four of...tried trapped idea...tried a beadhhead with bite indicator and did really well on gills and one dandy sunnies.

I had a  great day  myself  went to a  small  stream  withing bike  riding distance of my home  ....now  in  30 years of  fishing this   new York stocked  stream I have only ran into one other fisherman  ever ..... granted  by  this time of the year I have  most of the  trout named  but  I  fished a posted  area  of the  stream   ( i'm  the only person to  ever knock on the door and ask)  and  kept a  few  for dinner

I caught a dace that day.  No chubbs for me.
