Got some limits Sunday and Tues evenings with the gf. First time i got a hook past the barb on Sunday, that was fun. Trolling crankbaits on the south end. Got some bonus perch n barnyard critters. 30ish fow seemed most productive.

Yea been having a blast learning the trolling curves n southern side of the lake. Would be nice if the wind died down a little. Have the bugs been bad without the wind? Havent noticed them either of those two trips.
Notice the walleye with the fresh wound in its side? Fight with a pike?

Hook past the barb sucks...its been 2 years for me but the last one was a 7/0 siwash. Up into the skin behind my finger nail. Giant barb! Nice eyes though. Makes it worth the pain.

Got out with Snag and Freddie this evening. Was a tough eye bite but managed a few along with a mixed bag of sunnies, pickerel, smallies, Rockies, perch and catfish. Always a good time with old friends out there!!
