Chanterelle's

Beautiful Goldens right there!

I also see some Old Man of the Woods in there. Do you eat them?

I second that. I have 10 liters of dried Bicolor boletes already. Also plenty of black trumpets, Golden chanterelles, Smooth Chanterelles, and cinibar red chanterelles. Some oysters and chicken of the woods. Soon it will be time for birch boletes, red capped scabber stalks, chicken fat, russels, hen of the woods, and dotted stalks.

I dont know much about the scaber stalks but might want to see link .

I saw this years ago. There are look alike's and my best guess is that they ate a look alike. I have been collecting and eating this species for almost 25 years now and have been just fine. People need to realize that mushrooms are FUNGUS.

The last couple weeks it has been pretty slow on this site. I know it is the worst time to fish.

I guess it depends on what you're fishing for.  This is one of my favorite times of the year to target bluegill.
Catching the lunkers of tomorrow today!

From my personal experience, they'll eat anything meat related ranging from cut up fish to chicken liver and everything in between.

caught it on a small cut up perch, we catch them alot night fishing, this one was at longpoint state park in the 1000 islands. we set out cut bait to catch dogifish or whatever for fun and usually hook a turlte or two. i put bells on the pole or tape the braclet type glowsticks to the end of the rod. this one hit the one rod I had with just the perch head but snapped the line then he came back 5 mins later for the rest of the perch on the other rod, he sanpped the line again but this time i got him all the way to shore and he just sat there for a minute so i grabbed em up, he didnt even try to bite, just let us take his pic and we let him go
done dirt cheap!
