I fishedand walked up to the dam in Oswego yesterday   no salmon   plenty of water with no fish ...

I heard salmon river hasn't been much better this week  other then some fish were spotted coming up  at the Douglaston yesterday back to blue gills

Water is too warm. It's still in the middle 70's!

was in the 70's  aug 14 last year and fish were in the river .....and salmon river   is  74 degrees and has  some fish  coming in

A friend of mine went to Oswego yesterday nothing yet..

They had a decent amount come up the Salmon River last couple of days. A friend of a friend had 30+ hookups.

if you go wading without chest waders  make sure you check for ticks after!  I went trout fishing at butternut and had ticks on me

I seen a some fish come from up by the dam  .......

remember  if your wading you need to have a  life jacket on your you will get a ticket ..... I suggest corkers too and  if the alarm goes off please exit the water ....be safe and have fun

i was planning on getting up and going up by the dam and it appears i over slept lol maybe go below and  toss so hot and tots then go after gills

3 cookie cutter rainbows all 21 inches   one was bleeding bad so i introduced  it to my gas grill ....one skipper king ....water has come up and water temps  droped 4 degrees last night ......temp is 69 right now

water was around 1600 now it's 4200

water dropped to 3200 at 3:45 am watch the lights  water temp is 69 ,i'd be real cautious fish on the river  water can rise for a lot or reasons in that river,wear your vest.......dont think you'llbe able to wade to the east side but i'm sure some will try

lol! 😂 the star alignment, moon phase, rod tip, line color, snacks in your fishing bag and coffee temp are all major factors with bead fishing Trap!!! You probably are missing something!!!!😜😂
