My buddy Chris with a 6.73 largemouth out of winni and I was lucky enough to catch this club smallie on a local pond..

i was Carolina rigging in about 5 feet of water ..she was just sitting on the edge of some sparse pads near deeper water ..crushed it ..funny this lake is great for smallies in March, April and May and then just disappear into the deep following bait fish ..first big one I have caught there in the summer..pretty exciting ..my buddy Chris caught that giant in a tourney yesterday and took home a cool 1k
