Made it back out lastnight for some eyes.. Started the evening off with a little bass...



When the sun went down the eyes started hittin good.. We caught a bunch of shorty's and a few water dogs... Here's some pics of the ones we kept.. There not monsters but there gonna taste good...









Troutbum ended the night with 3 keepers and I got 2 keepers.. Thats all for now.. Hopefully we can get back out this week and get some more...

Made it out today... Caught 1 nice pickerel, and lost another at the boat.. Fished the evening for a little bit and caught a real nice sized bullhead for the lake.. Here's the pics...

All fish were released to fight another day.... Lost my tackle box full of gear on the way home, when the tailgate popped open....Boy was I sad  .. I turned around and drove back up the road 15 miles and found it laying in the road..Talk about luck...I think the fishing gears gonna be riding in the cab for now on, and troutbums gonna half to ride in the back for the rest of the season...

Just under 18 inches, We weighed it on a cheap scale, and it said it was over 2lbs...But I don't think the scale is all that accuarte..Unless the fish was eating lead sinkers for breakfeast...

Troutbum, I think your Pm box is full...I'm moving back up to the mountain today, So i don't know if there will be internet service up there anytime soon or not...So give me a call so we can get the boat out for some toothies....So if I don't make it back on this site this summer.. Well I finally got back online...Talk about myfishfinder withdrawles....I had to go cold turkey for a month 1/2... It was almost as bad as when the Ice started melting.. I guess I'll update the photo album with some Rainbows..

I've been catchin lots of bows, here's a few of the ones we kept...










My old college professor even came up to catch a few....

The camps been in the family for years...My girlfriend and I took it over and are in the process of winterizing it.... The electric is almost done and hopefully I'll have it all set for this winter....
