Favorite drop shot plastic or color for perch?

I will be fishing a bay on a deep, clear lake in my Radisson canoe. I believe that the perch will be fairly deep. 
Starting out in 30 fow and heading deeper.

I have a Lund 1800 Fisherman with a carbureted 9.9 Pro Kicker and it will troll 1 mph all day long.

i haven't seen where coyotes get many but the fisher pound on them pretty good they go up trees and get them roosting

Weather can play havoc on fishing and hunting for sure! Turkey hunted in a 25 mph gale yesterday morning and nearly froze with heavy gear on! No gobbles! Saw one sneaking away on my way to the truck. Should have gone back today with the bright sun and rain in forecast for the next 4 days. But the old boy was tired!!! ;)

We have so many coyotes they hardly gobble anymore so not much fun chasing them. Grandson and I were out looking for sheds for 4 hours Sunday and never heard one but saw half a dozen.
