Best Fly Line
« on: May 18, 2005, 07:13 PM »
Just am curious as to what fly line other members think is the best fly line. I Have found most other fly fisherman stick with one brand for most of their rods, whether it's rio, Wullf, Jim Teeny, Cortland, Scientific anglers or others. I myself love wonderline advantage, it's d**n expensive but i think it's the smoothest casting line out there.
I've never been to heaven, but i have fished  in  Alaska.

Yeah that wonderline is great if you only use it once a month throught out the year... I put that line to the test 2 years ago and let me tell you at the end of the summer it was garbage.. I have always used Sci Ang products they are the best.. Cortland is a close 2nd and not the corland and sci ang stuff you get at wal mart for 10 bucks...
