10+ lbs!!

had a 10+ lb smallie on the line a few times tonight, smae fish keept sucking in my fly and running they would spit it out.. could not hook her for the life of me...  bigest bass i ever seen, found a new sopt on the ressi, think shes a honey hole and a half, hell of a walk but thats the ress for ya!  tightlines moose    ps.. i get that fish or one half the size, there will be pictures..

nice!  you def GOTTA catch that girl!  i was at the ressie today also...skunked, but did see a guy who got 3 lakers over by gates 7 and 8...

i was offa gate 10, but its a 20 min walk in to my spot...  all grown in, not many people are up for it.. but its a hunnyhole... been there 3 times, seen big fish everytime

mugz this fish had to be atleast 27"  he was huge... jumped 3 feet outa the water when on the line.. then spit the hook... was a new state record to say the least.. tightlines moose    ps gatta love the ressi

i was actually in that relative area the other day too....i started at gate 6 and walked up to 8 or so along the shore...KINDA close to you...

lol nope, not us.  we ended up near lord cove....southwest of that vertical railroad tie in the sand on the point.  im guessing you were near or in andrews harbor... (dont wanna give away your spot...i have some secrets too, so you dont have to say 'yay' or 'nay'...lol)

ahh yes andrews harbor.. a very fine spot have taken a few smallies outta the spot, though i was a little closer towards lords cove.. i nice little spot i have stumbled across near the middle of the two.. nice and deep gatta be 50+ feet. ever fish tahanto point??  iv been thinking of it but its a hell of a walk if its a crappy spot..   tightlines moose

 A 25 inch Smallie that has been living a real good life averages about 7lb 9oz. Sounds like a sweet fish. Good luck.

i have never tried tahanto point....im just really getting into the ressie now (after living next to it for 23 years...lol)....by the end of this season i plan on fishing all the legal portions of the shoreline
