day ahead rich mashed potatoes


5 pounds potatoes peeled and mashed

1/2 cup butter

 1/2 cup sour cream

 8 oz cream cheese

 1/2 cup milk

 2 eggs beaten

 1 pk good seasonings zesty Italian mix


  mash potatoes, add remaining ingredients

  whip together and put in a buttered casserole dish

 when ready to cook, bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour

  i like to grate a brick of sharp cheddar cheese on top halfway through cooking

1 more while I'm thinking of it....

  instead of using an egg wash when frying your next batch of fish, before breading, coat each side of the fillet with mayonnaise, then bread. has all the egg and milk you need, and the bredding sticks to the filet's much better. also the filet's turn out much crisper
