And I do cut the tips off my wings Mac. I either use them for  chicken stock or fry them up separately till they're crunchy.  Sal's Birdland used to do the tips that way. Don't know if they still do.

Rg

I do the same thing Bob.
Sometimes I'll collect and save the tips in a plastic bag in my freezer along with backs and other "interesting" parts of the chicken.
I'll collect them until I'm going to make stock or soup and then pull them out of the freezer.

I was only busting about the tips and cutting the wings and drums apart.
It's always easier to do them whole in a smoker or on a grill.
And I know TONS of WNY'ers who leave the tips on to use as a handle for when they are eating them.

Each to their own.
BTW, I prefer Ranch over BC dressing for them.
 :w00t:

And believe what or who you want about the origin of the chicken wing.
I heard they unearthed another tomb in Egypt last year with some pickled fish and chicken wings in it.

Did you know that chicken wings are a dish served lol over the Mediterranean?

Try the crispy deep fried tips sometime. I will say I really like the original Buffalo wing sauce about the best. Super simple. Franks Red Hot and Butter. My family likes the Italian dressing version better.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

I hate crispy wings so the tips don’t sound good to me.

I like my wings slimy and somewhat undercooked.  Unless done on the grill.

Donna likes them crispy.

I had 10 wings last night at a fav watering hole nearby
Honey mustard and finished on the charcoal grill.

I know - went off the diet last night.
Back on today Bob.
I'm less than a pound from breaking the 50# loss mark.
Donna has lost 101 so far.

Salad tonight and back here to this thread to drool over what 6you clowns cooked up.
