I think they might have medicine for that! ;D

Yep. It's called spring.  Then somehow the sickness changes from wanting to walk on water to wanting to float on it.

Ran into a massive school of crappie with one nice gill that thought he was a crappie. Fish were suspended 25 fow. School was so condensed we'd miss a bite on a hook set and snag another. Snagged ones were released and I kept a dozen for a meal gave a buddy the rest  bite was instant when we could find them.

It looks like you are getting some use out of those ice fishing rods.  Another nice mess.

That big gill looks to be a redear x bluegill hybrid. Those things get large and fight like demons.

There's longer, and then there's bigger.  Weight trumps length. ;D

Back in the home waters today Jimmerson and James. Fish balling up over 30 fow but everything mixed together size wise. Threw everything back nothing huge 8s to 9s and tons of dinks but it was non stop action so it was fun regardless of size. Whitecaps and even some snow spitting down. Hands were definitely chilled.

We were out today too... couldn't believe when it snowed a little!  Did your side imaging help you find that school?  I don't think that I've ever found fish that stacked up.
Catching the lunkers of tomorrow today!
