 How does everyone like to BBQ there fish ? With trout I like to wrap them in foil with butter, salt, pepper and a little slice of lemon or tomato on the sides. MMMMMM Good !!!! :P

I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head raleigh.  That's my preferred method for keeping the fish together and moist, regardless of specie.

I've also used the wire baskets that clamp shut to hold the fish together as well w/ good results.

Season any way you like for either method.

I like to grill them (head off, guts out, everything else there) on the george forman grill. It is excellent way to cook rainbows, browns, brooks, cutts, or any other trout excluding lakers. Just take them off when the skin on the outside starts to look seared a little like a steak and when it looks a little brown. It tastes great!!!
