Yup.
That lake gives me great fishing and a great view in the summer, but it also causes big time snow headaches in the winter.
And they say it’s 6 degrees above the average currently.  The longer it takes to ice over, the higher the probability for lake effect snow.

Yeah, when I was driving bucket truck, West Seneca was always a headache. I’d leave here in clear blue sunny skies and drive into a blizzard.

Well I don’t know about your neighbor, but mine is a real jerk. Almost came to blows with him the last time he covered my car with grass when he mowed.
