Anybody ever try Italian bread crumbs for breading? That's all I use.

I use them most of the time because we always have some .   ;)

Exactly what I use! Dip in egg then the breadcrumbs and deep fry. What do you do?

A buddy said to use potatoes flakes as you can add what ever seasoning you want and deep fry in that, I just like the fish fry to much to try it out.
