Do you have a pic of it before you smoked it?
You can either be the type of person that spends a saturday watching Dr. Phil, eating tofu in your bachelor appartment, or you can be the type that goes fishing.... Your call....The bass are biting...

I got a picture of the elusive un-smoked whitefish. Very rare!

I've never eaten, caught or even seen a whitefish, but I thought it was funny when the mother in the movie "Johnny Dangerously" ordered some popcorn, milk duds and a whitefish (something along that line, I saw it 15 years ago) at a theater.

Whitefish is a delicacy found in MD in most delis.  It's not bad, not my favorite, but not bad, especially on a bagel.  My wife and daughter love it.  If I ever go fish Canada again and come home with one, I'd be able to get whatever I wanted from her (within reason) forever!

I hate whitefish
I used to snag them by the hundreds here when the come up from the colorado river up the creeks to spawn. It was outlawed 2 years ago though so I don't catch too many anymore, but I catch the occasional one bouncing a worm or fishing a spinner.
I'll post some pics that I have from when I was like 10 years old, the last time I took pics. of em.

Here's a mountain whitefish. This one was caught on the old san juan worm.
