2008 Tourney June 1st

Giving everyone the heads up well in advance. Last year the tourney started on June 1st, so the sign up should be in late May and the new tourney cards should be availiable to print off in June.

Lots of time to sharpen the ol hooks and get the gear ready

Chasing fur this year Tbone??? If so, take a few minutes away to sign up for the tourney. Who knows...maybe we will have to catch a couple 24 inch Kokanees again

Always on the run I hope to have plenty of time on the water this year though. I've been eyeing up a bigger outboard for the raft!

What size are you looking for??? Maybe I can help

I think a 10-15hp would be a good size for skipping across the top and getting to the sweet spots. I'm going to pick up an electric this year too.

Never sell you something that new buddy No its a 60's model but runs like a dream and ya can't beat the price. Yep she is older than even me and has less than 100 hours on her.

Well i got my 4.5 merc all tuned up and ready. Put her in a bucket in the back yard....good thing to cause i would have been all the way out to the lake with a rotten fuel line under the lid:( Running great now and ready for the year.

Tourney should be up next week eh

If you're still hooked into this thread TGF do you still want to deal on that 14hp? I'd like to test how the Achilles holds the weight. Otherwise its gonna be a new Merc or maybe a Yamaha for next year...not sure yet.

Any reasoning settled for the 2008 tourny, or lack of moderator time? Rumers for next year?
