Hey so I'm from Upstate NY, going down to the DC area for Memorial Day Weekend...the friend I'm visiting is actually recovering from cancer surgery so can't hike miles or anything, but we talked about taking a fishing trip for a day over the weekend. Anybody got some advice about where we could go to do some lazy-style fishing, like the kind where you don't need a boat or waders and just put a line out there and wait until soething hits? definitely up to drive an hour or two for a good spot.
