yep this is the hardest time of the year for die hard ice guys. the letting go period is like giving up drinking. it Sucks but we have to let the hard water go. fish on boys just in a boat now. no more dragging the shanty's

you couldn't have said it any better.This past week was really tough.Withdrawl syndrone.But yeah,i switch over here and check in once in a while,but spend more time on IS.Just can't let it go but getting quiet ove there.

Just packed away the shanty and auger for another year. Went away way too fast! But we were lucky to have good ice as long as we did. Now on to open water - i'm hoping to make some casts at Orman this weekend. May use my ice rod one last time.
