Do you cook it first and slice it thin or slice it thin and then cook it?

I slice it thin and do them like any other steak sandwich.

Oh that looks good!
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

It was delicious!
Dom,
I put whole muscles from the hind in the freezer to stiffen up. Not solid, just firm.
Then slice some paper thin and some a bit thicker so you can cook it med rare. I like to mix it when I package it so you get some of each. If you are going to eat it up quickly(and you will) just put it in a big ziplock and grab a couple handfuls. Throw it in with fried onions mushroom and peppers and your all set. Takes like minutes.

A meat slicer is ideal, but if your good with an electric knife you could make do.

Sourdough pancakes for breakfast. Been many years since I've done them. Still taste great

Just took a nice loaf of bread out of the oven.

Sure smells good.

Exactly. Sounds great. Especially with a couple slabs of your fresh bread on the burger.

Well, I went to make French toast this morning with the last bit of the loaf. It had some mold on it. (No preservatives in my bread) so I tossed the bit that was left and made pancakes….and another loaf of bread.

My Bride loves my bread as toast for breakfast. It makes killer French toast to.

Wouldn’t step into one on a bet. Too many variables.
