There was a lot of it at the grocery. All I can say is wow.....what a meal. The beef was super tender. The veggies and cabbage were also full of flavors and tender as can be. Definitely a once a year meal.Rg
I found the recipe on Weber's site. Only tweak I made was to add chicken stock rather that water. Total cook for this 1.5 lb point cut was about 2.5 hrs at between 325 and 350. The winds came up towards the end of the cook so I put it in the oven for another 20 minutes at 350 to finish. Meat was 195 when I took it out. I wasn't especially thrilled with the cabbage done that way. I prefer it steamed through. It lost a lot of its texture. The potatoes and carrots were awesome. Can't wait to make some Ruebens and I found a recipe for corned beef and cabbage egg rolls that we're gonna try this weekend.....if there's any left.Rg
