fish recipe
« on: Dec 11, 2021, 04:56 PM »
  I TRIED ,this fish recipe that I saw in NYS outdoor news paper cooking fish   ,
       basic thing was dredging filets into flour first  with your seasonings;
     then put fillets into a milk and egg wash, then dredge the fillets
    into  instant  potatoes flakes and fry the fillets,
    I fried fish in my cast iron skillet and canola oil .
     good !!,
,  something new ?,

what was crust like and did you like it?  you pan "fried" im assuming since u said skillet?

for a change of pace you can pre soak your fish in stuff.  anything you like works and dont take long.  i have tried many things.  favs are soy sauce, worchestichire sauce, oyster sauce, honey mustard, dales, tiger sauce, garlic chilli sauce, wing sauce.......................... sky the limit.
some fishermen tell lies,  this one doesnt need to
