Treager style turkey dinner. Amazing flavor and very moist. Brined overnight with a bourbon and seasonings. Bourbon BBQ pellets for the heat.

I boiled down the carcass last night before bed.
This morning I deboned it, turned the liquid into gravy, and dumped the meat back into it making turkey chunks and gravy.
I will pick up a can of peas to toss into it and will go over some wild brown rice later tonight for dinner.

We brought some leftover Turkey and the rest of the veggie platter home from my Daughterís. ( she made a fabulous meal)

Looked at this morning and thought !ÖÖ! Turkey soup!

Warming on the stove now. Gonna toss in some mini dumplings too.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
