Cartagena, Columbia today.  The girls are ashore attending a jewelry making class.  Dan and I are chilling on the ship.  I watched that guy in the skiff haul in a huge fish just after I snapped that photo.  Sorry I never got a shot of the fish.

I just checked on whether I could fish off my balcony.  Like maybe while docked at port.
The answer was a resounding no.
You are not allowed to throw anything overboard, even something tethered to a line that could retrieve it.
The major concern is workers below, and/or passengers on lower decks.
There are cameras all over these ships for safety and security.  So avoiding getting caught would be difficult.

Well if the girls had plans to make jewelry you two should have found a place in port to fish…😎😎

I seem to remember a kid got caught fishing out of his window several stories up at Disney World in Florida. I guess there was a pond or small lake down below. People started noticing fish being reeled up past their windows. Don't recall what floor he was on.

Bloodies were first.
Beers now.
No tequila at this time.

Tequila on these ships is just ok.
Choices are getting better, but……
