Im gonna use them that way at comet so I can have five lines in the water instead of just two

I may try that Friday night. I'll attach a glow stick to the flag so I can see it.  ;D

JDIP..i think that will result in $300 in fines. no ice = only 2 hooks

Thanks for the heads up Jim, I dont think 5 lines in the water will be worth 300 bucks  :laugh: I might if the wind is right though set one out at the chu for salmon off the causeway   ;D  jk

wow thats cool, never thought that would be legal. i wonder ifthe tip up could be counted as a bobber if you had it atached to a fishing pole then i could float my bait way out .

You know what's really wierd is we can't fish with tipups like that in Nebraska as they're considered juglines, but I can fish 15 poles with one hook per pole off the bank. LEGALLY ???

How can fishing be relaxing with that many poles to watch?  Some days n the ice I can't handle five traps!

The law says I can fish 15 but I don't, I will put out 5 poles with 2 hooks spread out down a beach along the river. When the cats are biting it is a blast!
