I'm still learning Mike but the curve is small because of the www.  I found a great late season spot to drift and a real solid tog spot just watching youtube.

The www is a great place to gather intel but floating in a group of 30 boats is just not my style especially when there is no drift. Tog are sitting ducks with structure. Im heading out now.....

And this is how yesterday went.... tried trolling for bluefin from 6-9am. Nothing. Moved on to my numbers away from everyone and the results... 10lb, two 8s, two 6s and the rest under. Solid seabass as well with a few macks for the smoker.

My son and wife are always trying to get me to move to CO, but I could never be that far from the ocean! Central MA where I live is too far!

The ocean is not part of my life. I'm part of the ocean.

Started my funnyfish search this morning. All I found were small bass and blues. Was still a pleasant boat ride around the Elizabeth Islands. Any day now.
