I caught a mammoth 2 lb northern pike thru the ice this past winter at Chauncy while fishing with the Goatboys and the year before last GoatboyDTM caught a 5lb pike out there. I saw a nice pike pulled thru the ice at A-1 this past winter also.

Here is the pike from the A-1

I have found that the fishing in Chauncy is very slow. When we fished the tournament there last winter we got skunked.  We had some 35 tip ups set up and covered a pretty good amount of water and depths covered, 6 hours with no flags. I won't hurry back there to fish. Stick with the A-1 it always gives up fish, maybe not in size but at least you are catching.

A-1 has better bass as well to fill in the slow pike fishing!
