Was at the factory yesterday and took some pictures.
It's not finished.
By the end of next week they are saying.
The red tape strips all over are part of the inspection process.
Every place there's a pc of red tape something needs to be done.
Cleaned, adjusted, replaced, repaired, polished, etc.

Here's the photos Donna took.

Was out to the place late yesterday.
The old deck and roof I built 18 yrs ago is out.
I have a guy hauling it over to my sister's and BIL's site and he will install it to their trailer.
They are excited about getting it.
It's all pressure treated wood and was never stained.
Still in great shape.

They same guy is doing my grading and concrete work.
We are "negotiating" with the town inspector at the moment.
He want my new place 5' from that fence of my neighbor's on the right.
The pad will be 24' wide and with that required extra 5' will seriously reduce my lawn space.
Kinda sux as it will end up being a non-useable area between the fence and my new unit.
Would rather have that 5' on the lawn side.

The right half of the 24' pad will support the new place.
The left side we are installing a 38' long awning down the entire unit.
In the spring of 2021 we will enclose the front 30' of that awning with a patio enclosure.
Six foot wide sliding doors on the front and the back and windows all around.
The rear sliding doors will exit out onto the last 8' of concrete.
Here is where my grill, smoker, and fish cleaning sink/table will be located.
I'm going to buy a used restaurant stainless steel sink/prep area for fish cleaning, grill washing, etc.
I bought the new place with outside hot and cold water taps with shutoff cocks on the back and in that area for this purpose.
Should be nice.

The new place is in NY.
Not at our camp but at the dealer.
It will spend the winter there.
We are still working on concrete and the old deck just got moved and installed at my sister and BIL's place.
donna and I took a drive to the dealer to do a quick inspection late today.
Here are a number of pics we took.

Finally poured the concrete today.
I'm praying the temps stay above freezing for the next 2-3 days and it looks good.
Here's some pics -

tick tock

Looks like the new place is going to be installed the week after next.
Also, Donna and I have decided to bite the bullet and get the awning and room installed right away this year instead of waiting.
The cash outlay will be huge but it will give us more time to enjoy it.
Additionally, it will get things out of the weather sooner.

The awning will extend the full length of the trailer - about 38 feet.
The room will be approx. 11 foot wide and located on the front 30 foot of the awning.
Sliding doors front and back with a 3' window next to each.
Four 3' windows along the 30'.
All windows thermopane.

The rear 8 foot outside area under the awning will house my smoker and gas grill.
Additionally, I had outdoor cold and hot water taps installed under the trailer back there at the factory when it was built.
I am buying a commercial stainless steel sink like they use in restaurants for there.
It will have one large 2' square basin with a 2' drain shelf on both sides of the basin.
This sink will be used for fish cleaning and also be supper for keeping the smoker grates and drip pan washed.
I have cleaned them for years inside and suffered Dona's wrath every time because it makes such a mess of things.
Here's a picture of what the sink will look like.

Just like a restaurant, I will install a large spray nozzle on it like this -

Things are finally coming together.
It's been a long road and will be a bit longer before I get it to where we want it.
The winter was short and mild, but for us it was a loooong wait.
