luminscent eyes and looks like the guy is on some kind of deep sea rig.  Some kind of deep ocean fish?

what the F#%! is that thing.........Never seen anything like it.....  Has to be some deep sea fish though...  Ill have to do some research.

     If I'm not mistaken it's a type of catfish or at least that  is part of it's name, catfish that is.

Hard to tell with out seeing the tail but I would say its an Arctic Chimera.
